Cuba Vive Food Aid Appeal

Trump's latest executive order to cut off oil supplies to the island will to deepen severe shortages and push the country further into humanitarian crisis – particularly in energy and food supply.

In response, we have launched the Cuba Vive Emergency Food Appeal to send urgently needed food aid to the island.

The first consignment – a 40ft container carrying 28 tonnes of rice and lentils – left the UK at the end of February.

Further food shipments are already being organised and will sail in the coming weeks in addition to ongoing medical aid shipments. Read about Aid delivered so far here.
